need two types of pasteboard in indesign

Indesign is having pasteboard that is mooving with spreads.

I request one more pasteboard which stable.

I don't nderstand your problem. What are you missing. Can you describe it please?

I think the OP is looking for a global pasteboard, like PageMaker used to have. For example, if I was on page 3 and moved something to the pasteboard, I could jump to page 53 and have the object still available. 

I use a "throw-away" library file for this purpose.

    Place them on your Master Pages pasteboard

    Use Libraries - either File>New Library to have it local on your computer. 

    or use Creative Cloud Libraries.
