New Catalina computer won't run InDesign CS6 Volume License Program, How do I get it on Mojave?

HELP? Is there anyway I can download my InDesign CS Volume License on My newer refurbished Mac Computer. We bought a refurbished Catalina - Hubs did't check to see if the Volume License would work on it. We were able to downgrade the Catalina operating system to a Mojave in hopes of running my Volume License for InDesign CS6 without having to move to the paid subscription. Is there a way to do this? I really don't want to have to keep the old computer, but may have to since we are not ready to move to the Cloud.

I doubt it and even if you could, you'd probably have nothing but problems. You might have gotten away with it by upgrade the O/S over and over again but starting at Catalina? CS6 is unsupported under anything later than 10.10.

Keep the old machine.

There is no “moving to the cloud”. Despite the name it is not cloud software. But there is certainly moving to a subscription. You need to keep your systems and apps in sync; you can’t pick and choose only the cheap upgrades.
