New document from Saved

Hi. 
I have a good library of document sizes in my Saved document
I don't need to start from Recent sizes ever (I start from saved and then change what I need - so all the sizes in my Recent tab are random and useless)

Is there any way to make indesign not have Recent tab, or that my default tab will be Saved?
