New PDF Editor in InDesign

I just noticed a pop-up in the update that states you can now edit PDFs within InDesign. I haven't been able to. edit anything What am I missing? I can't find anything in the menus.

Open a PDF and it will be converted to a native InDesign layout. Don't expect miracles.

    Oh, so you have to open it? The message said you can place a PDF and edit. Very odd.
