No existing document in Publish online to update

I want to update a previously published document, but InDesign cannot find it. In Recently Published it is, but after clicking through there are no documents to update. And the Online Dashboard is also empty. What's going wrong here?

 

Version: Indesign 17.0.1 x64 on Windows 10
Signed in with the samen Adobe account.

Sometimes when you arrive in the web browser at the place where your documents should be listed (the Publish Online Dashboard), you have to take the further step of clicking the 9-dot-icon (in the upper right) and choosing Document Cloud, or perhaps another. Have you tried that?
