No puedo colocar texto de word en indesign

No puedo colocar texto en word, me manda un cuadro de dialogo "No se puede colocar el archivo. No se ha encontrado un filtro para la operación solicitada".

Alguien me puede ayudar ha solucionar el problema...

What version of Word are you using? and what file extension does your Word file have (e.g. .docx or .doc, etc).

Try Save your Word file one of the other formats (e.g. if it's .doc now, save it as .docx, or export as .rtf)

File > Place; not File > Open... is that right?

It should work. If not, consider exploring resetting InDesign preferences/caches:
