No scrubby zoom / GPU performance

I can't find a way to switch to scrubby zoom in InDesign 16.1. I see a lot of guides saying something about "Preferences - GPU Performance", but this menu is simply not available to me.

I'm using the following (if that ends up being relevant)

- Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER

- 2x Dell 24'' UltraSharp Monitors.

Any ideas?

As Bob rightly mentioned, as of now GPU performance is available for macOS only, that too on a very few devices. Here is the list of supported devices: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/indesign/using/gpu_performance.html

In case you are working on Windows OS, please upvote this feature request here ( https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601021-adobe-indesign-feature-requests/suggestions/31872184-gpu-acceleration-on-windows ) and stay tuned for updates.
