Hi there, does anyone know how I can create a list of numbers that aren't in order like the attached image?

Many thanks!

Hi @Claire37800423p7e7,

Thank you for your question! Please try the below steps and update if they help:

1. Prepare Your Text Frame:
Create a text frame where you'd like your list to appear.

2. Insert a Bulleted or Numbered List:
Highlight the text and go to the Paragraph panel (Window > Type & Tables > Paragraph).
Click the Numbered List button to turn your text into a numbered list.

3. Customize the Numbers:
Place your cursor at the beginning of a list item and go to **Type > Bulleted & Numbered Lists > Convert Numbering to Text**.
This action will convert the numbers from automated to editable text.

4. Manually Adjust the Numbers:
Now you can click on the numbers and change them to any value you need, such as skipping or reordering numbers.

5. Formatting (Optional):
If needed, adjust the formatting (size, font, or alignment) to fit your design.

Let me know if this works or if you need further help!

Best,
