Not able to open Indesign cloud file

Hello everyone,

I was working on an InDesign file saved on Creative Cloud. I was working on the online file, but after some time, when I reopened it,  I was no longer able to open or download it. It seems like the file has become corrupted. Could you please help me recover my InDesign Creative Cloud file?

First, what versions of InDesign and Windows are you using?
