Not seeing a screen in Acrobat that was placed in indegin.

Question

I place a screen in indesign and export it to a pdf. When I open it in Acrobat Pro or Acrobat reader the screen does not show up on all pages. But when I open the PDF in Chrome the screens are there. Has anyone else had this problem. Was on the phone with support for 2 hours last week and they could not figure it out. Not sure if it is a problem with Acorbat or with InDesign but need to have fixed before I have to send files to printer.

Thanks so much with the help. I went into my Acrobat Preferences/Accessiblilty and I had Replace Document Colors turned on. I had to have happened with and update as I have never had this problem before. Clicked that off and now I can see screen.

Other possible explanations:There is an overprinting white box and the Acrobat page display preference to show overprinting is set to "never".There is an Acrobat layer property set to "never visible" and Chrome is not respecting the layer properties.There is an Acrobat layer that is hidden and Chrome is not respecting the layer properties.
