Notes : import de Word et export vers PDF

Bonjour,
Lorsque j'importe des textes comprenant des notes de bas de page depuis Word, l'appel de note et la note elle-même sont bien importés, mais le lien hypertexte ne l'est pas, et ne peut donc pas être exporté vers le PDF final. Seule solution pour l'instant : les créer à la main dans InDesign, ce qui est très chronophage...
Une solution existe-t-elle ?
