Numbering list moving words

Hi, When i am setting up an index with many levels and numbers its kicking the words away from the numbering, sometimes it does and soemtimes it doesnt. Please help

You don't have consistent indents and you haven't set up any tab stops

 

 

 

 

 

You kinda need to set up like this

 

 

But do it in your Paragraph Styles under the tab section

or else do it manually and up date your paragraph style after you're happy with the result.
