Numbering problem (I think)

Hi guys-

I am trying to come up with a solution to this problem.

I have a file that needs a number counter on some pages, but I need duplicate pages and blank pages. So, what I mean is that page 1, 3 and 5 are numbered as page 1. Pages 2, 4 nd 6 are blank. Pages 7, 9 and 11 are numbered as page 2. Pages 8, 10 and 12 are blank.

Every other page is blank, but I need 3 duplicate pages with the same number before going to the next number.

Is there a way to do this?

I presume that 1 3 5 are duplicates???

You can do it with Section Numbers

All the little arrows above the page icons show that it's a new section.

I changed in the Preferences to show that page numbers show in the numerical order 1-9 etc.

If showing section numbers it shows 1, 1, 1, etc. which could be confusing.

Or not - you don't have to change this - I just did it to show you.

I also renamed the Master Pages to show P1 P2 etc so it's easy to find know what pages have these master pages.

Hmm... This may work.

And, yes, you are correct. Pages 1, 2 an 3 are duplicates.

Something I completely forgot to mention was that I am not starting with 1 as the first page.
The first page has to start with a rediculous number: 43550 and goes to 44799.

If I use sections I wouldn't I have to create a basicall 1249 master section pages? Is that correct?
