Older versions missing from ACC?
Why are no older versions of ID available on the creative cloud?

The current policy of the Creative Cloud is that only the current version and one back are available for download. This was a policy instituted a few years ago because (it was announced) that keeping all the older versions supported (which meant issuing updates to old versions as they were needed) had become realistically not possible.
