Older versions of Indesign. I no longer able to install 16.4.

Question

Apparently Adobe no longer supports CC2021. One of my users turned autoupdates back on last night and installed Indesign 2023. I have a software vendor who has built me a plugin specifically for v16.4.x. I just spoke to support and they are only able to supply links to v16.0. Their recommendation was to check with the kind people on the community page. Does anyone have a Indesign v16.4 offline package they could sare with me?

PS. Please excuse my tone. I am slightly annoyed with Adobe Corporate's decision to remove older versions of their product without warning.

This decision was taken a while ago - it's not new - it's been like this for a while.

Only the last 2 versions are supported
