Question

On existing table black text but when adding new column or rows it goes into blue text with an underline.

When using an existing table on indesign the text is black (how i want it) but when adding columns and rows onto this - they are blue text with an underline.

How do i make it so it is the same text as above.

    Your screenshot shows a pink highlight color which indicates a missing font. What paragraph style are you using? Are you using any Cell styles?

    HI Mike, I appreciate the response. I’ve added 3 rows and the ones above are fine but the 3 below show up as blue. When clicking both the character style says none

    In your Character Styles panel, is it selected to None (which is the normal condition) or on a style that calls for blue underline? If so, deselect all text, set the Character style to None. In the affected table, select the blue parts, and click None in the Character Style panel.
