I need two front pages on one single page and the rest as double pages just just as preview for pdf. But I think the solution is to right click on the page, check off the "allow repositioning of document pages" and you get separate pages. The only solution I was albe to find really.

It is not possible to make a change after the second page, But I woulld do this to get a result to live with:

  1. Insert a page where no page should be with a complete neutral color (try to make a very thin page, only 1mm width or as thin as it is possible)
  2. Export as Two-up Continius (Cover Page)

It is possible to do this using the numbering and sections panel, by creating a new section on the second page.
Just out of interest what exactly are you trying to achieve by doing this?
