online publication erroro

Hey, I am trying to publish a portfolio with the publish online function. I uploaded this specific file many times before. Since coming back to it to update it I alwas get #error 40. I have read about the problem and tried previous advice but nothing works. It seems the error appears as soon as i put a single video in my file, even if it is only 1 minute long. This file is not absurdly big and I have uploaded it many times before, I really do not understand. I have seperated all pages and uploaded them, and the problem appears as soon as there is any video in the file.
