Opened document in documentcloud

I cannot see if is opened document in documentcloud.

It is still shoving - Not Opened. But my costumers opened this document / Over adobe membership and guest either.

What application are you using, MIchal? Document Cloud is used for saving PDF files in Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader.

On the other side they open document, but I see - NOT OPENED
