Overset text warning - Print PDF vs Interactive PDF?

I'm wanting to know why the 'overset text' warning appears when you make 'Interactive PDF' but not when you make 'Print PDFs'.

I used the same document, closed up a few text boxes to hide some text and exported both types of PDF... only got the 'Warning' with the 'Interactive PDF'

    Maybe you ticked that 'Don't show again' earlier?

    Try to reset all warnings in Edit > Preferences > General panel:

    What does it say in your status bar for the name of the profile being used and how many errors you have?
