Ownership of an Indesign Intractive URL file

Hi

I work for a large orgisation with multiply Creative Cloud licences under one umbrella. If I was to create an intractive indesign URL file and share to clients would this url still work if I left the originastion? is the file linked to my creative cloud account or is it linked to the overall account and therefore still work?

Is the Creative Cloud account under your personal email that will stay with you if you leave the organization?

If so, the account is yours and the subsequent shared files. (There may be other copyright issues involved, however.)

If the email is an organization email, it would not stay with you, nor would the files.

Thanks for responding... your answer is what I was hoping for! Organization email so if I or another designer left the company the URL would stay live as the file sits under the complete organization. Thanks

The organization would want to change the password on the person's account if someone did leave to prevent unauthorized access.
