package -missing links

I ran into a problem with InDesign when creating a package to send to a collaborator. Although the packaging process completed successfully, I noticed that some images were missing from the "Links" folder. Has anyone experienced this before or knows why certain linked images might not be included, even if the package was created without any error messages?

Hi @vasilikivelli ,

it could be that placed images on hidden layers and ones on the pasteboard did not package.

For the ones on the pasteboard there is a workaround:

 

Create a book file with InDesign and add the InDesign document to that book file.

Then package the book file with the book's package command.
