page count for InDesign book indb

I need to be able to get an accurate count of pages, and words in an InDesign CS6 book with multiple documents (usually chapters of a manuscript). It would also be helpful if I could get a count of the pull quotes and images which have object styles applied to them already.

Any help you could offer in finding a script to do this would be greatly appreciated.
