Is it possible to do consecutive page numbering, but only on the right pages?

Can you clarify this? Do you mean that  the right pages will be numbered 1,2,3... or that they will be numbered 1,3,5... with the left pages un-numbered?

Will there be content on the un-numbered pages?

    The right pages should be numbered 1, 2, 3...
    There will be no content.
