Page Range Options Not Available

I have been using InDesign for over a decade, and now, all of a sudden, I am not getting input options for page range whenever I go to export. I can select All Pages or Range, but Range doesn't open up to input (page number) options. WTF?!?!?

I have already uninstalled and restarted my Mac, but to no avail.

Correct answer Eugene Tyson

I think you just need to double click into where it says All Pages and input your page range.

When I do that, I only get All Pages as an option.

Are you clicking the drop down menu?

After checking - as I originally thought - if you double click into the part where it says All Pages you should be able to type in the range.

Is this not working for you?

Try resetting your preferences:

InDesign 19.3 and newer go to Preferences > General > and click on "Reset Preferences on Quit" and then quit and restart.

Or
Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
