J'ai Indesign 2022. Mais je n'arrive pas à créer dans un document des numéros de page stables.

    Do you create page numbers on a Parent Page? I do not really understand what you mean by stable though.
    Best Practice is to have Page numbers on a top layer so that the numbers will not be hidden if you add a background colour.

    If this is for reflowable EPUB, it's because that format does not have page numbers. Virtual pages are created by the reader and vary with several factors.
