Since 2022, there is no more Pantone libraries in Adobe softwares:

But don't worry, you can download them:

and install them in Applications⁩ > ⁨Adobe InDesign 2023*⁩ > ⁨Presets⁩ ▸ ⁨Swatch Libraries⁩
