Paragraph numbering (or bullet) with indent to here character

Question

When we create a Numbered list a lot a features are missing:

– besides of tab (or Em, En, etc) we need an Indent to here character too

so i want this:

1. List item
second row

10. List item
second row

– If I set a Character Style with underline, and set this for the Numbers (or bullets), it does not show up

why?

You use Left Indent and First Line Indent for that:

Underline (and strikethrough) indeed don’t show up. But colour, font style, and whatever else, do.
