Bonjour,

Je me permets de vous contacter sur le partage des maquettes InDesign.

Savez-vous s'il serait possible à l'avenir de se partager les maquettes de la même manière qu'un Google Doc ?

Merci d'avance,

Emile

Hi @Emile_LEMOINE9816 , Adobe had a Dropbox like feature which they discontinued a few years ago. You'll have to subscribe to Dropbox or a competing service in order to let members of a group share files.

@rob day I think that the OP would like that several users could be able to work on the same file simultaneously as it is possible on a Google document.

I don't think that Dropbox allow this feature.

to work on the same file simultaneously

Hi @jmlevy , I don’t use Google Docs, but how do they handle multiple users overwriting each other? If two users make different corrections at the same time, which version gets saved? When Adobe had the Creative Cloud Files feature you would get dated, conflicting copy files.

Tu veux dire travailler à plusieurs sur la maquette en même temps ?  Ça me semble une très mauvaise idée ! En revanche, si tu souhaites pouvoir modifier les contenus des blocs par plusieurs personnes en même temps, InCopy sert à ça.

Hi @Emile_LEMOINE9816,

Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand how useful it would be to collaborate on an InDesign document the same way teams work together in Google Docs. At the moment, InDesign supports Share for Review, which allows collaborators to leave feedback, and InCopy on the web (beta) lets users edit text directly in a browser. These tools are steps toward a more collaborative workflow, but full real-time co-editing is not available just yet.

I appreciate you sharing this need. If you could add your request and workflow details on UserVoice Adobe InDesign Feature Requests (https://adobe.ly/48BQFrB), it will help the product team prioritize this feature and keep you updated on progress.

If you have any more questions or ideas, feel free to let me know. Always happy to help.

Thanks again for the suggestion, and looking forward to your input.

Abhishek
