paste full path for quick image import

hi all,

i'm using adobe creative suite on mac.

i wish to import images to indesign like i do it on windows:

copy full path in my window explorer -> go to indesign document -> choose import image -> paste the full path

 

how can i do it?

I'm pretty sure that's not an option on a Mac. Is there any reason why you can't just drag the image onto the page once you're looking at it in Finder?
