paste with all formatting (font, tracking, leading, italics, etc) from Photoshop type layer to InDes

Hello,

I am trying to paste a formatted Photoshop paragraph to InDesign. I have set my Clipboard Handling preferences in InDesign to  All Information but it copies the text without any formatting. Please help!

    Have you tried the imperfect method of first copying the type into CC Library? You might get some attributes, but to my awareness, there is little connection between the two typesetting engines.

    from what i understand assets in a cc library are only available in the app they were created in. am i mistaken? if so, please help me find info on how to do this. TY
