PDF Datei erstellen

Du solltest, wie Uwe geschrieben hat, im Illustrator-Forum fragen. Doch nur so weit: standardgemäß ist eine AI-Datei eine PDF-Datei. Probiers doch aus, ändere die Endung von AI auf PDF und öffne im Acrobat. Im Illustrator geht das Erstellen von PDFs über speichern unter… Die Einstellungen sind quer über alle Anwendungen gleich. Illustrator, Photoshop und InDesign unterstützen bei der Erstellung von PDF/AI/PDP (ales mögliche Endungen) native Transparenz.

This is a forum for InDesign questions but the answer is the same. This is a 2 steps operation.

Step 1:

In illustrator or InDesign you can create a document. Measured in pixels if your users will only view it on screen. You can Google search average sizes. OR, if your users will print the document, you can choose A4 or Letter depending on the geographical location of your audience. If they print your docuemnt on a different size of paper than your design, the document will scale automatically. You can create your design using PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign depending on your skills, your level of comfort withthese tools and the type of design yu want to achieve.

Step 2: 

Make a PDF. That's nearly like printing your design to a digital page instead of a physical one. As a beginner, I would recommend to use the preset (High quality print or Smallest file size for screens) to keep it simple. See screenshot below.

In Indesign > Export > Interactive (for screen only) or Print options

In Illustrator > Save As... > PDF

Kommt darauf an, was Du machen möchtest oder musst.

Freie Formate sind auch möglich. Muss nicht ein DIN-Format sein.
