Question

PDF document has different page sizes

I created a pdf from an Indesign booklet document and of course it has a single page at the beginning and one at the end. When I open it in Acrobat the first and last pages fill the window and the spreads are smaller. How do I set it so all the pages are the same size? I've tried all the settings in the "open" dialogue and it makes no difference.

I'll bet if you change the View>Page Display option in Acrobat from the default Two Page View to Single Page View that you get the results you're looking for.

    Hope this helps,

Looks more like having exported spreads in Indesign like a view problem in Acrobat.

Good Point. Then it'd be a matter of going to File>Document Properties menu command and changing the Initial View setting to Single Page or Single Page Continuous in the Layout: options box.

Discussion successfully moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to InDesign

You did create your pdf with a standard export? With spreads on?

Than you did not create a booklet. A booklet gets the first and the last picture together on a spread, the second and the second last etc..

There is nothing that you can do in Acrobat. In Indesign, you should use the "Print Booklet..." command.

Forget it. After trying it all again it worked this time. Time to go back to pre CC applications, I think.

    Pre-CC versions worked the same!
