PDF Export Not Working Correctly

Question

My PDF exports are no longer displaying correctly. I use Apple pages and I never used to have this issue. I've tried a lot of different things but I can't seem to be able to resolve this issue. It displays correctly on an iPad and an iPhone but it does not display correctly on a Mac or pc. Has anyone had this issue? How can I resolve this? The bottom photo is how it's supposed to display.

How are you exporting to PDF? Is it by Export to Interactive PDF?

Best to check the outcome of a PDF in Acrobat Pro or free Reader.

It is important to know your InDesign version and operating system version. Can you provide that info?
