PDF Index verlinken

Hallo Zusammen,

Great - if the correct answer is here can you please mark it so so it shows up as solved on the forums?

Glad it's sorted.

Did you check the 'Include Hyperlinks' checkbox in the Export PDF window?

Ich habe diese Option nicht. Bei mir sieht das so aus.

How are they linked for the ePub?

How is it different to the PDF?

Not all PDF readers are equal and some simply won't support hyperlinks, so you're experience with interactive PDFs will vary from PDF reader and device to device, not everyone uses Acrobat reader.

Unfortunately, ePub is not an option as you cannot copy article numbers. In other words, customers often want to copy article numbers and paste them into our shop. Unfortunately, this is not possible with ePub. Our sales staff are very particular about this. Much more would have been possible with epub, e.g. showing videos or animations.
So I have to make a PDF. But the linking in the index only works if I do it directly in Acrobat.

Something is lost in translation - I'm asking how you are making the hyperlinks and. how they differ from ePub version and PDF version.

Links should work the same, I don't know why they are not working for you.

PDF as I explained may not work on 3rd Party PDF readers - that is any PDF Reader that is not Acrobat.

Can you tell us what PDF reader you are using to access the Hyperlinks in the PDF, is in Acrobat, or is it in a Web Browser?
