PDF to open in Preview?

Where is the setting in InDesign that allows me to make sure that when I turn on "View PDF After Exporting" the file opens in Acrobat and NOT "Preview?"

Is there a way I can have Acrobat as the default to open all pdfs when I try to open them instead of Preview?

That is an operating system preference, not InDesign.

Right click on a PDF, choose get info and then set Acrobat to open them.

On a Mac you would click on a pdf on the desktop and use the keyboard command Command-i. In the dialog that opens find the "Open with:" pull-down menu and choose Adobe Acrobat and then click on "Change All". See screen shot.
