PDF書き出しエラー

​@perfect_shape13c6 I literally just exported a PDF for a client and packaged an InDesign file. During packaging, InDesign reported several errors. I went back through the file, fixed those issues, and was then able to export successfully.

One thing that caught my attention in your post was that you mentioned opening and resaving an IDML-exported file. As a simple test, try doing a Save As and give the document a completely new file name before exporting again.

I'm using a MacBook Pro M5 Max with InDesign 21.6 and haven't run into this issue. Would upgrading help? I'm honestly not sure. Since you're currently on 20.5.5, it might be worth installing the latest version alongside your current one and testing the export there. Just make sure to keep 20.5.5 installed so you can roll back if needed.

Since the error moves to a different page when you exclude the reported page, that makes me wonder whether the issue is document-wide rather than tied to a specific page, image, or linked Illustrator file.

When you export the PDF, try this basic setting first:
 

If that works, then try changing the standard setting. Majority of my files has some transprancy so, PDF/X-4 is used.

Hi, thanks for reaching out! We're sorry about the trouble and for the delay in responding to you.

Please try these steps as a workaround:

1. Create an empty text file named exactly DisableAsyncExports.txt

2. Control+click your InDesign app → "Show Package Contents"

3. Move that file into Contents/MacOS/, so the path reads: /Applications/Adobe InDesign 2025/Adobe InDesign https://adobe.ly/4xgMzhI

4. Relaunch InDesign and export the full document again

If you continue to experience the same behavior, temporarily disable Window > Output > Preflight > On and retest. If the export still fails, try exporting the first and second halves of the document, then progressively narrow the failing range. Once isolated, remove the objects on that page, one at a time, to identify whether a particular font, graphic, or page item is causing the failure.

環境設定のリセット、インストールのやり直しなど試したのですが、
変わらず全ページ書き出すことはできませんでした。

Illustratorのファイルをリンクしているページもありますが、
エラーの原因とされるページにはテキストとindesignで作ったオブジェクトしか配置しておらず、原因が分かりません…

色々試してみて、ページを分けて書き出すことはできたので取り急ぎこの方法で自己解決とさせていただきます

とはいえ原因やエラーの対処方法がよく分からないままなので、もし何かエラーの解決策がありましたらご回答いただけますと幸いです…！

バックグラウンドで書き出ししない設定にできたと思っていたのですが、相変わらずバックグラウンドで書き出し→エラーとなっているようです…。

indesign2023で作業していたときはこういった設定をしないままでも特に問題なく書き出せていたので、やはりインストールからやり直した方がよいのでしょうか…
