Please fix LOCKED layer workings
When I toggle LOCK on a layer, I want it locked. Currently it is still selectable, copyable, etc... Locked means locked!!!
Todd, try this:
Preferences > General > Object Editing > and turn on Prevent Selection of Locked Objects
My technique avoids locking objects in favor of locking layers, as Derek suggests.
