Pop up Builder

I keep getting the following message: A Pro license (or higher) is required to use this Builder. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

If someone used a plugin or extension called builder it will be built into the file.

You can export the file to IDML to rid the information

 

If a document is not behaving well then try 

File>Export 

Choose IDML

Open the IDML in InDesign
Save the file as a new InDesign file with a new name
See if the issue persists.

What product did you need help with? This certainly doesn't apply to InDesign.

This is the InDesign forum. What makes you think this has anything to do with inDesign unless you have a plug-in for InDesign called Builder (which I've never heard of).
