Possible to view Published Online document in full screen on mobile?

Is it possible to view a document that's been published online in full screen when viewed on mobile?

When viewed on desktop there is a full screen button that works, but on mobile there isn't. When turning the phone to landscape, the browser URL bar and other tabs are always visible (as seen below).

I'm wondering if it might be an option when clicking the three dots in the navigation menu, but it doesn't work for me. Seems to glitch out – I've tried on multiple mobile devices and different browsers. When I click it once it just highlights the button and doesn't open anything, then if I click again the menu just flashes on screen then disappears. I've attached an example here that I screen recorded to explain.

The aspect ratio is fixed in Publish Online documents, but if you publish it as single pages, rather than as spreads, you should fill the area reasonably well. If the document is to be viewed mainly on mobile phones and tablets choose a page size accordingly when setting up your InDesign document.

Thanks for the response Derek.

It's not that aspect ration that I'm concerned about and less that I want the document to take up the whole screen per se, rather that I'd like for it to be the only thing on screen (ie. no url bar or other tabs)
