I can't find the InDesign preferences panel (units and increments, etc etc) for Windows. I've looked at Adobe's website but I can't find it in the "Edit" panel. Anyone know why?

    Hi,

Please post a screenshot of the Edit menu?

Can you also check if you have turned off the preference entry yo show up in the Edit menu?

(check menu customization, you may have accidently toggled off the visibility for preferences)

If this does not help try clearing your cache and preferences and then check the Edit menu

You mean it's not in the Edit menu, right? (Between the File menu and the Layout menu at the top left of your display.) One can hide menu commands via Edit > Menu. Did you or a co-worker hide it by accident?

Make sure that the set is showing "InDesign Defaults", or if you want a custom menu set, open Edit and click in the eyeball column to show Preferences.

Try using the keyboard shortcut: Command+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows).
