Preferências de impressão Windows 11

Question

Olá. Instalei os softwares Adobe no Windows 11 e ao imprimir, as configurações não estão ficando salvas nas preferências da impressora. Cada vez que volto nesta caixa de diálogo, está tudo nas configurações padrão. Alguém já teve esta dificuldade?

Thanks for reaching out. In most cases, this happens when the printer preferences are not being stored at the system level. Please try setting your desired print options directly from the Windows Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners > [Your Printer] > Printing Preferences, then save and apply the changes there before printing from InDesign.

If the issue continues, try running InDesign as an administrator once and check. Also, make sure your printer driver is fully updated and not using a generic Windows driver.

After trying these steps, reopen InDesign and check if your custom print settings now persist. Let me know how it goes.
