Preflight error reports in Tables

I am using a Preflight Profile that only allows CMYK. Most of the tables in my document are flagged by Preflight as containing RGB. How can I determine which table elements (cell, fills, borders, text) are violating the rules? I have manually removed all the RGB elements from the first of the tables in the document, but the table is still flagged by Preflight as containing RGB and I can't determine where it is.

I've attached a screenshot. When I select the Table error on page 9, the entire table is selected and the error message doesn't identify which element(s) violate the rule.

Hi @Margaret5EDF , I assume all of your document swatches are CMYK? If the tables are using unnamed colors you can add them to your Swatches panel via Add Unnamed colors from the Swatches panel fly out menu. You can then select all of the swatches at one time and set their modes to CMYK via Swatch Options.

You can also convert all color to CMYK on a PDF Export by setting the Output Destination to Document CMYK, which would produce the same result.

Can you share your document? Can be on priv.

Word "contents" suggests that something inside the table have RGB color - and not the table itself?

Or maybe export your table as as a snipped or IDML and check there?

Snippet / IDMS file is a plain text XML.

IDML is a ZIP file - you need to change / add extension.

Can it be in a Table Style?
