Preflight panel is highlighting overset text in table that doesn't seem to exist

Hi Everyone,

 

Running into an issue with overset text that doesn't appear to exist.

 

 

Even if I delete all the content, I still get the same error:

 

Does anyone have any thoughts on what is causing it to fail?

Going off this one

 

 

I'd say you have a text frame behind it - on a hidden layer - or some text wrap on some text sitting on top.

 

To test - cut the table out of the layout - does the Preflight still show the error?
If so - you've go some hidden text within the layout. 

 

Check your layers panel -turn off the layer eye icon for the table you want to keep.

 

Just a guess.

Is there an extra blank cell or space. Try opting the window a bit more to see if there maybe an extra space. Or you can click on the red plus sign and paste it on the paste board to see what it is causing the overflow symbol.

    I have the same guess. I would open the layer panel and look which object is selected in expand view when the error link from the preflight panel is selected.

      What does it show when you see the cell content in "story editor"?
