Presentation Mode in InDesign not working properly after Updating OS to macOS Catalina

So, I recently updated my Mac to the new Catalina update. I've been working on InDesign a lot lately and every time I want to view my work in presentation mode, my screen gets all weird? I'm not sure if it's because of the Catalina update, but I've had this issue since updating. Anyway this can be fixed?

Sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please confirm a few more details like:

  • Version of InDesign
  • Screenshot of the issue
  • Does it work better if you turn off GPU performance from InDesign Preferences?

None of the Creative Cloud programs are at this time fully compatible with Catalina. Any issues you're having are a result of that compatibility. As I understand it a new version of Creative Cloud is due out shortly which will be designed for full compatibility. If you can't wait that long then you may have to consider rolling back your OS to Mojave. This is not an easy process. It would be a good idea in the future to find out if the apps you use on a regular basis are compatible with any OS updates that may be available before updating.
