Preview Glitch / Adobe InDesign with macOS Catalina

I updated my MacBook Pro (2017, Processor: 3.1 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, Memory: 16 GB, Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 630 1536MB) to the newest operating system MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.2 and now when I preview any document in InDesign my screen gets major glitches and small squares of red and white color all over my screen making the preview disappear completely. Apple suggested reloading my operating system which I have done 6 times now and no change was made. After more research in the Adobe community, I learned that if I turn off my GPU Performance under the InDesign Preferences it creates a work around making the screen not glitch every time. However, it also eliminates animation of the screen clarity. Does anyone else have this problem or know of any other solutions and/or if Adobe is working on correcting this issue? This has been an ongoing issue since November 2019.

Adobe knows. They've known for years. There are already reports of this.

Search for GPU here: https://indesign.uservoice.com/

It's been ongoing for YEARS! If it were an easy fix, it would have been done years ago.

They still haven't figured out how to add to Windows versions at all.
