Preview special characters white hover INDESIGN

Before, I used to get a preview of the special character of a font while hover over a marked sign. See attached file.  This way I didn't have to open he window for "Insert glyphs" which is great.

Now suddenly I cannot get it to work. I assume it's a checkbox somewhere, but where???
