Be sure to be logged in with your current Adobe ID. Click the chat icon at the lower right.

Contact Adobe directly and ask for the installer of the version you need.

You should be able to find the current and previous versions of InDesign under the app tab in Creative Cloud app. If they aren't appearing, reinstall the Creative Cloud app.
