Hi There!

I am very desperate now. I have a catalogue in Indesign with prices in tables in the format "x.xxx,xx€". My client wants to higher bis prices by 5%. Now if I really need to calc and change alle the prices I will be here next year yet. So I am looking for a script but everything I found so far, did not work with the currency symbol as it is a suffix not a prefix.

I would bery greatful if anybody could help me. Thanks for your effort in advance!

Meanwhile Carinna wrote to me and the problem was fixed (the script doesn't deal with currency symbols following the numbers, they should precede them).

Hi @Carina25272465flnc ,

please show a screenshot  of some sample text with the price.

We also need to see the hidden characters and frame edges.

Select one digit of the text and have the Character Styles panel open to see if there is a character style applied.

Thanks,

Thanks so much but I already found this one but it does not work. I used the settings shown in the screenshot.

AM I doing anythig wrong? Because it just runs but does nothing to the document I am working at. I has 120 pages and at least 40 price tables on ecach page.

I just tried and it works if you set the currency symbol to none
