Printing a Booklet on a Mac in Indesign

     I have already designed, created and I am ready to print a booklet in Indesign.  I am the only one in my office that uses a Mac, therefore, we are at a loss for a solution.  When I print the booklet, it cuts off about an inch on the top and bottom of each page. Sometimes it doesn't print all the pages.  Please help!

    Not all print drivers work correctly with Print Booklet. AcrobatPro also has a booklet option so you could try exporting a PDF and printing from Acrobat.

    Also, you have to get the page setup correct via the Print Settings... button, which will open a Print dialog where you select the Printer and correct PPD. So here I'm printing to 12x21 paper which holds the complete printer spreads with crops.
